Families are the heart of every child’s growth and healing. Parenting is not easy, especially when you’re carrying your own stress, past hurt, or trying to help a child through big emotions. That’s why I walk alongside parents, grandparents, and caregivers to support the family as a whole.
My approach is gentle, nonjudgmental, and rooted in the belief that every family has strength and wisdom inside them. Together, we work to build stronger bonds, restore calm, and create safer spaces at home.
Parenting support includes:
- Positive Indian Parenting (PIP) classes offered regularly in-person and by phone - One-on-one support sessions to talk through behavior, emotions, and family stress - Help for parents navigating IEPs, school issues, or difficult transitions - Support for court-involved families, including documentation when needed - Tools for calming, connection, and communication at home - Family circles and cultural reflection to strengthen identity and healing
Parenting is not about perfection. It's about presence, patience, and walking through challenges with love.
Whether in-person during visits or by phone year-round, you can always reach out. Call or text Laurie at 580–302–0136 to ask questions, schedule a session, or join a parenting group.
