### ✨ Traditional & Alternative Support Tools (Optional Use)
Some families and caregivers choose to support children with energy-based, spiritual, or traditional tools. These approaches are never required, but they are available to anyone who feels drawn to them. This page offers gentle, respectful ways to include spiritual wellness alongside school-based supports.

### 🔮 Optional Tools for Emotional & Spiritual Support:
**1. Pendulum-Guided Strategy Selection** Some caregivers use a pendulum to help identify which behavior strategies may work best for a specific child or situation. This is a quiet, intentional way to tune into what a child may need.
**2. Energy Clearing & Protection** Techniques such as sweeping movements, smudging (when appropriate), or visualization to release heavy energy and create a safe emotional space.
**3. Breathwork & Grounding** Simple exercises to help the child feel calm, centered, and present. "Feel your feet, feel your breath, feel your strength."
**4. Visualizations & Affirmations** Guided images and positive words to help children build inner peace and strength (e.g., “I am calm. I am strong. I can do hard things.”)
**5. Circle Prayers or Blessings** A quiet moment at the start or end of the day to bring in peace, intention, or connection.
**6. Movement & Energy Flow** Gentle movements (stretching, rocking, tapping) that help energy move and settle in the body.
**7. Spirit Animal Imagery** Children may connect with animals that represent courage, wisdom, or calm. These symbols can be used for strength and guidance.
**8. Water & Earth-Based Practices** Using natural elements like water or stones as calming anchors during regulation time.
**9. Personal Medicine Items** When culturally appropriate, children may carry small items (stone, feather, pouch) that represent comfort and connection.
**10. Quiet Listening Time** Time spent in silence, reflection, or being still — to hear the wisdom of the body and spirit.
